Email info@exploremiamibeach.com for technical help, listing corrections, privacy requests, or to report an inappropriate AI response. Include your device, operating system, app version, and the steps that caused the problem. Avoid sending private information in screenshots.

Location and maps

Allow location permission for nearby results, or browse Miami Beach without it. Change location permission in your device settings. External map and directions buttons open the map service available on your device.

MB Guide

Choose cloud AI or local search when opening the guide. You can change your choice under AI privacy settings on the dashboard. Cloud AI can make mistakes. Confirm opening hours, prices, event dates, accessibility, and booking availability with the venue.

Saved places and data

Saved places, events, itineraries, and journal entries are stored on your device. No account is required. Clearing app or browser storage removes local saved information. To request deletion of cloud chat data, email us with the approximate conversation date; deleting the app alone does not delete provider-held conversations.

Events and offers

The app refreshes public events when connected. If a feed cannot be reached, it keeps the last available data. Offers and event details can change; follow the organizer's or venue's link for confirmation.
