Want to build strength with weights? The Gym offers a wide range of low to very heavy weights, resistance and cardio training powered by TRAZER as well as the Cybex Eagle, a full circuit of selectorized strength equipment. In order to provide excellent service, Gym attendants are certified by various fitness organizations. One-on-one private sessions are available with a certified trainer or instructor.
