Concourse Condominium Association

The Concourse Condo is a classic Miami Beach building which consists of two floors. The first floor is retail and the second floor is condos. There is one assigned, gated parking space for each unit. For residents, there's a large common terrace to enjoy. The building is very close to the beach, as well as being walking distance from great dining and shops. Many of the units have recently being renovated and they range from 1 to 2 bedrooms. For animal lovers, you'll be glad to know that pets are accepted at the Concourse. It's a very private and quiet building in the North Beach area.
